2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
2.1 BlackAtlanta.net! Personals Subscription ! BlackAtlanta.net Personals allows paid subscribers to get in touch with anyone BlackAtlanta.net on ! Personals.

3. BLACKATLANTA.NET ! ID AND REQUIREMENTS
To participate in Personals Services, you must have a valid BlackAtlanta.net! ID. You must also have a ! BlackAtlanta.net Account, which will save your credit card, billing and shipping information and other information (your "Registration Data"). If you do not have a ! BlackAtlanta.net ID or a ! BlackAtlanta.net Account, you will be prompted to complete the registration process for them before you can pay for Silver Services.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 General Terms: The credit card that you provide as part of your Registration Data of BlackAtlanta.net or ! Account will automatically and immediately be billed. All currency references are in U.S. dollars.

4.2 Payment for Subscription Plans Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment will be automatically renewed at the end of the term. Your billing term will depend upon which subscription plan you choose. For example, if you choose the monthly plan, you will be billed every month on the anniversary date of your Registration. If you choose the three-month plan, you will be billed every three months on the anniversary date of your Registration. If you choose the yearly plan, you will be billed every year on the anniversary date of your Registration. Please note: If you have received a free offer for a specific number of days, then you will not be charged for the first time until after our free time period has ended. Subsequent billing dates will be on the anniversary date of your first billing date. For example, if you purchase a monthly membership on October 15th and you get the first 30 days free, then you will not be charged at all until November 14th (here are 31 days in October.) You would be charged again on February 14th and then again on May 14th, and so on until you decide to cancel.

Please note, unless BlackAtlanta.net! gives notice to the contrary, payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which you paid, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term. For example, if you subscribe to a monthly plan, and you cancel after 15 days, you will still have the service until the end of the 30 days.

4.4 Termination If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your Silver Services account will be suspended or cancelled immediately and all the information contained within it deleted permanently. ! BlackAtlanta.net accepts no liability for information that is deleted due to an invalid credit card.

5. BLACKATLANTA.NET'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
! BlackAtlanta.net expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend or terminate Registrant's account and refuse current or future use of any BlackAtlanta.net! service, including Silver Services, if BlackAtlanta.net!, in its sole discretion believes Registrant has: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) if we become aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other BlackAtlanta.net! Personals' users, or the general public, or (iii) acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the TOS, the Guidelines or these Additional Terms.

6. INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS
If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the such documents remain in full force and effect.
